Manchester United skipper Bruno Fernandes interrupted a journalist’s question with a comment about Ruben Amorim’s future ahead of the Europa League final.
Domestically, the Red Devils have endured a horrible season as they currently sit 16th in the Premier League table, having only collected 39 points in 37 matches.
However, they still have a chance of qualifying for the Champions League as they are in the Europa League final.
Are you surprised, grateful that you don’t seem to be under the same kind of pressure despite the fact that your team has a similar record?”
Before Amorim got the chance to reply, Fernandes interrupted as he joked: “He is. Who told you he’s not? He is.”
After the trio laughed, Amorim said: “He wants my job. He’ll be a very, very good coach but he has to work on his mindset, he doesn’t know how to deal with people.” You can watch the footage below.
