Man Utd has reportedly contacted the representatives of Atletico Madrid midfielder Conor Gallagher, according to sources originating from Spain on the day of the deadline.
Gallagher was signed by Chelsea in 2024 and has a contract that expires in 2029, but the Red Devils have reached out to inquire about the potential of a loan.
Although Manchester United would like a simple loan agreement, the La Liga powerhouses want to incorporate a £45 million buyout clause in a short-term contract.
