Following Manchester United’s surge into the top three and their growing probability of a Champions League return, reports have emerged that Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the INEOS board have approved a staggering £450 million budget for the upcoming summer transfer window.
This isn’t just a “rebuild”; it is being described as a “structural upgrade” designed to turn United from top-four contenders into perennial title favorites.
The “Prime” Target: Eduardo Camavinga
