Maguire celebrated his goal on Instagram after the game, sharing a message that he loves United, while his winner also saw plenty of celebration at Anfield.

When Maguire’s goal went in, Mainoo was on the touchline waiting to be substituted on, and he celebrated madly with his coaches.
Mainoo was captured on video being picked up by United coach Adelio Candido as the pair celebrated together, which showcased the midfielder’s passion for the club.
Despite talk of Mainoo leaving United, his reaction to Maguire’s goal suggests he still loves the club.

There is no denying that Mainoo deserves more minutes at United, but there are no signs that he is unhappy or taking the route of usual unhappy players at Old Trafford.
Instead, Mainoo is always ready when called upon and remains happy and celebrates victories with his teammates.
The fact that he celebrated with a coach who is part of Amorim’s staff also speaks volumes that Mainoo is not being unfairly treated beyond his minutes.
Amorim has always asked Mainoo for patience, insisting that he has a big role at United, and the 20-year-old could be fine with this.
Seeing Mainoo celebrating and happy on the sideline was great to see and shows he is already a model professional.
