According to GIVEMESPORT sources, despite the Premier League transfer window having already closed, Manchester United is anticipated to approve the departure of Andre Onana or Altay Bayindir because key players at Old Trafford are still in active talks with foreign suitors about a last-minute agreement.
After spending money on players like Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo, and Matheus Cunha in attack, Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim was able to expand his options in goal on deadline day when Senne Lammens completed a £18.2 million transfer from Jupiler Pro League team Royal Antwerp.
Both Antony and the out-of-favor Jadon Sancho were sold earlier this week; the latter signed a £21.7 million contract with Real Betis just months after having a successful loan stint with the La Liga team. Despite this, Manchester United is still looking to make changes to their roster.
Red Devils Prepared to Sell Onana or Bayindir
According to GMS sources, Manchester United is considering offers for Onana and Bayindir after the Premier League’s summer transfer deadline. Portuguese tactician Amorim is anticipated to approve one of them to take on a new challenge during the current international break.
With contracts that allow them to earn a combined £155,000 per week, the pair has made mistakes early in the season, and with teammate goalie Lammens securing a last-minute transfer, there is uncertainty about who will be in the matchday squad for forthcoming games.
GMS sources have been informed that Manchester United have been attempting to discover whether it would be possible to sell Onana, who kept 11 clean sheets over the course of 50 appearances last term, or Bayindir to a side competing in a division where the transfer window has remained open.

Lammens is expected to compete for a regular starting spot as he continues to adapt to his new environment. Lammens was so eager to join the Red Devils that he rejected the chance to join his domestic rivals Aston Villa, despite the Midlands team’s offer being more lucrative.
According to GMS sources, Manchester United is still in contact with Onana and Bayindir’s suitors. They are considering moving to Saudi Arabia or Turkey since important decision-makers do not want both of them to compete for the position of preferred goalkeeper after entering the market.
Amorim Refuses to Give Game Time Promise
According to GMS sources, Amorim has not promised Lammens, Onana, or Bayindir how much playing time they can anticipate at Manchester United. As a result, those who stay at Old Trafford will have to compete for their spot in the team throughout the season.
The Red Devils lost to a fourth-tier team for the first time in their history when they were eliminated from the Carabao Cup by Grimsby Town last month, and they have already given up four Premier League goals this season. As a result, all of the team’s goalkeepers will be evaluated prior to the return to domestic play.
According to GMS sources, Onana or Bayindir are expected to finalize their departure in the next few days. However, Manchester United does not intend to permit either player to leave for another team since they do not want to be in a situation where they have few options in goal.
In the final hours of the summer transfer window, when Kobbie Mainoo was worried about his lack of starts, he was denied the opportunity to make a loan switch because Red Devils hierarchy members are more willing to let go of captain Bruno Fernandes than Mainoo, according to GMS sources.
