Alejandro Garnacho’s Reaction to Moises Caicedo Goal vs Brentford Has Got People Talking

Alejandro Garnacho’s wild celebrations after Moises Caicedo scored a screamer for Chelsea in their Premier League clash against Brentford have got people talking.

The 21-year-old Argentine, who joined Chelsea from Manchester United this summer for a reported £40 million, came on against Brentford to make his much-anticipated debut for the Blues.

After replacing Joao Pedro with 79 minutes on the clock, Garnacho made a positive start on the left wing.

In fact, it didn’t take him long to contribute to a goal as Moises Caicedo smashed a thunderbolt into the top right corner from Garnacho’s half-cleared cross.

Moments after Caicedo made it 2-1 with five minutes to go and Garnacho delivered an incredibly passionate celebration as he gestured towards the Chelsea away end. Check it out below.

It’s fair to say Chelsea fans were loving Garnacho’s celebration on Saturday night, although some rival supporters raised eyebrows.

One fan said: “Love that celebration from Garnacho, this man couldn’t wait to get out of Manchester United,” while another wrote: “Garnacho’s celebration. I love him already.”

A third commented: “Garnacho is so shameless celebrating like he done something.”

A fourth wrote: “Watched back Garnacho’s celebration why’s he celebrating like he assisted a UCL final winning goal? Almost fell to his knees brother you don’t need to do all that, we’ve got to put up with you anyway.”

A fifth added: “Garnacho sleeping at the back post for Brentford’s equaliser only just after celebrating Chelsea’s second like he won the league.”

As mentioned above, Brentford’s Fabio Carvalho netted a late equaliser for the Bees, just moments after Garnacho lost his man at the back post, which has become another big talking point amongst fans.
