Bryan Mbeumo has added fuel to the transfer fire on social media, following reports that Tottenham Hotspur want to intercept his proposed move to Manchester United. The Brentford forward is rumoured to be swayed after Spurs announced head coach Thomas Frank as Ange Postecoglou’s successor on Thursday.
Earlier this summer, Mbeumo reportedly selected United as his preferred club despite competing interest from Arsenal, Newcastle United and Tottenham. However, this decision was made before Frank left Brentford for North London, and it’s suggested that the Dane wants his star player to follow him.
